We can surface grind to within 5 microns (0.005mm; <0.0002") and can machine to within 0.012mm (<0.0005") tolerance. This includes multi-axis hole alignment such as for inkjet printheads and nozzles.

We operate dozens of 2D and 3D visual inspection systems and maintain a 10k (ISO7) clean room for crucial applications. Our ISO9001-certified quality control processes are multi-layered and comprehensive to support our zero-defect culture.
