Hongfeng Carbon Solutions has decades of experience as an OEM supplier across a wide range of demanding applications ranging from semiconductor, medical, and industrial markets.  Our three production campuses across Shanghai-China, Kashiwa-Japan, and Chonan-Japan combing to provide over 25k sqm (~270k sqft.) of state-of-the-art material development & processing, and production space.

Hongfeng Carbon Solutions holds over 70 patents and has a cutting-edge R&D department to develop and enhance Carbon materials that are always improving the properties of our products. We work closely with partners for advanced analytical techniques and analysis.

Our PuriForge™ purification process can create materials that have impurities less than 5ppm as verified by ash values.
 
ImperviSeal™ infuses graphite with special resins under that fill its pores  and creates a material that is virtually impermeable to liquids and gases, including Hydrogen.
 
VitreSeal™ infuses graphite with a vitreous glassy carbon surface that is  ultra-pure, dense, and smooth. It eliminates particle emissions and outgassing that even the purest isostatic graphite is susceptible to and resists beam erosion.
 
VitreCore™ is a complete glassy carbon material with amorphous structure and glass-like impermeability. It is a key material for laboratory and medical electrodes and tools.
 
PyroShield™ applies a pyrolytic carbon (PyC) coating over graphite.  It is biocompatible and maintains a Carbon-only composition. SiCera™ Barrier applies a silicon carbide (SiC) coating over graphite.  It can withstand extreme temperature and oxidizing environments.
 
A CrystiBarrier™ layer can be formed to completely isolate the grain  boundaries of graphite and decouple its microstructure from the environment.
 
Lastly, our PolyPrime™ composites are advanced materials that combine pure  graphite with resins and fibers to create hybrid properties.  Molded graphite composites and Carbon Fiber materials are available.
